Gregory Ekatah is joined by Mr Manoj Kumar (Consultant upper GI surgeon) and Helen Vosper (Chartered Ergonomist) to discuss Team Based Quality Reviews (TBQR), an innovative tool / approach to systems thinking in reviewing clinical practice. When things go wrong, or indeed reviewing excellence in clinical practice, TBQR offers a framework to approach these reviews. First TBQR course is on the 20th of May 2024 at RCSEd.
