Okay, so here’s the story: Take a dog and a cat and put them on TV. Hmmmm… That’s already been done. Add in a Mose. What’s next, a squirrel? Get original TV. I don’t know, let’s mix in a lamb and a porcupine and call it good. And tell them to all get along despite what their natural instincts tell us. That’s what I would do if I were on the same room as “The Pound Puppies”. And I friggin’ hate those death row hounds.

Anyways… Here now is the story of how this anthropomorphic show came to Saturday Morning.
