Meet Chef Elonka. She brings her international experience from living and traveling the world, cooking with different chefs, and working at fine restaurants.
She takes pride in growing and seeking local sustainable, organic ingredients for her dishes, and supporting our non-GMO organic micro farmers.
She has been serving the Delaware community for over 6 years by teaching cooking classes at Polytech Adult Center Education,Providing events at Dover AF Base for military spouses, attending local Farmers Markets, and cooking Farm to Table Dinners.
She provides services such as small private parties, cooking lessons, Farm to Table dinners, and events with her Food trailer.
