We want to be strong and fit, but let’s face it; we also want a perfect butt, glutes or backside. So, what does it take to build that booty? Building a fit, athletic, and strong booty takes a combination of targeted exercises, proper nutrition, and consistent work. It is also not a one time and done with training, it’s a progressive overload. You need to gradually increase the weight or intensity of your workouts over time to continuously challenge your muscles and promote growth.
