How do you handle unexplainable tragedy, and attempt to explain it to kindergarten through fifth grade students? In this episode, Stacy Dial narrates her story woven with God's guidance, God's grace, and the importance of leaning into His strength when the unexplainable and unthinkable happens. Stacy is a counselor at an elementary school in North Texas where she, her colleagues, and all of the students have experienced unprecedented student loss over the last two years. Her passion for supporting all of her students and colleagues is evident as she explains how God has equipped her and her team for such a time as this.
