Brad Friedman and Scot McKay chat about the secret to how women think, how to attract the opposite sex, and how both these things relate to digital marketing.

In the ’80s and early ’90s, Scot McKay worked with at-risk kids. From there, he built a wildly successful corporate career as a billion-dollar IT sales professional, meeting with C-level executives and winning top sales awards.

But when a difficult divorce ransacked Scot’s world, he hit rock bottom. He set out to understand women and find out what attracted them. His results were so powerful that his friends insisted that he reveal his secrets.

In 2005, Scot founded X & Y Communications (http://www.deservewhatyouwant.com) and, as an early adopter of podcasting, began producing the popular Mountain Top Podcast in 2007.

Today, Scot is one of the most recognized and effective dating coaches for both men and women on the global stage. Now a four-time Amazon #1 bestselling author, he has been invited to speak at high-profile conferences such as iDate and 140 Conference. Over 400 media outlets have consulted him, including ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, BBC, MTV, Discovery Channel, Forbes, Lifetime, Men’s Health and The Wall Street Journal.
