Welcome back Pushin' Performance Fam!

It's commonly taught in most universities & certification courses that the first step of writing a program for a new individual or group is planning out a macrocycle. It's most likely 3 months to a year and it probably falls into some sort of nice and neat sequential order. But what happens when things don't go according to plan? Schedules get thrown off, someone gets sick and misses significant time, or it turns out you were wrong about the most important qualities you should be focusing on. That's exactly what we get into in todays episode! How we think about macrocycle planning in the real world.
We get into:
- JT's achilles injury update
- Defining what a Macrocycle is
- The "traditional" model of annual planning
- The "agile" planning approach
- and much more!
