Hello Ernest: At the Kitchen Table- Connecting Writers and Readers

This book is about our future citizens and future care givers. Who are they, and how are they being raised and schooled to be the best they can be. It compares the different Parenting Styles, and how technology has influenced , not only Parenting Styles, but indeed our world societies. Technology has influenced society on so many levels. Our belief systems and expectations, no matter where in the world we live, has been influenced. Unfortunately this influence has had disastrous effects. The hand that rocks the cradle, has all the might. Let’s use this might, particularly at the global level, to allow our offspring to inherit “A Wonderful World”.

Since I can remember, I have been a reader, often having several books going at the same time. If anyone was my teacher, it was the wonderful authors who shared their hearts and souls with me through their stories. I laughed, cried, dreamed, and learned from the stories they shared. My first published story was in 1999 and was a short story in a book of stories about children and the crazy things they do. While it was just a couple of thousand words, I remember the excitement of being accepted into the world of authors. Today I work on stories that talk about the amazing power that children have and the mark they can make on the world. I hope to inspire children to feel into their truth and know that they can make a difference. If just one word, one paragraph, or one story can change a child’s life, I too feel like I have made a difference in the world. Thank you for reading my stories. I am eternally grateful.
