Sinnead Ali is the founder of WOMB, a community interest company (CIC) that focuses on menstrual and maternal wellness. They offer online and in-person classes, events and services in Cardiff, Wales.
On Saturday, the 6th of July, 2024, there will be a celebration of menstruality, maternity and menopause. A festival for everyone. This day will be packed with expert speakers and facilitators offering wisdom and nourishing practices to support your sovereignty for a more peaceful period, love-filled birth and empowered menopause.
This festival will take place at the Grange Pavilion, Cardiff, CF11 7JL
