Brett kicks off the program by talking about the importance of remembering D-Day on the 80th anniversary of the heroes landing on the beach and pushing forward despite the gunfire and near certain death. What do we do today to honor those men? Are we making their sacrifices worth it or are we besmirching the good name of these American heroes by degrading American society to an unrecognizable state?
Take the time out of your day today to reflect on what that day truly means in the grand scheme of things. What would the world look like had there not been thousands of brave American's put it all on the line on that fateful day? If we do not remember history, we are doomed to repeat it.
Thank a veteran today.
