As your own CEO, prioritize planning. Schedule the year’s major events and adapt monthly and weekly plans around those. Focus on key tasks each day, blocking time for the unexpected. Morning hours are prime for high-energy tasks like client calls.
Make outgoing calls a daily habit, focusing on productive activities. Remember, quality over quantity in your tasks. Balance work with personal commitments, ensuring time for family and self-care.
