Thank you for listening! The podcast is on summer break, and will return on September 15, 2024. We are revisting some of our favorite interviews over the summer, we hope you enjoy these conversations!

This week I sit down with Meagan O'Nan. Meagan opens up about going on a spiritual expedition to find her spiritual home after coming out. She shares her wisdom about shedding labels and the identities society puts on us. She talks about how vulnerability starts with honesty and how when we are vulnerable, we give permission to those around us to be vulnerable in return. She ends with important points on self-acceptance, courage, and healing through telling our stories. Meagan O’Nan is an award-winning author and award-winning inspirational speaker. She is the author of the award-winning book, “Creating Your Heaven on Earth,” and “Courage: Agreeing to Disagree Is Not Enough.” Her third book, "Held and Free," was published in April 2023.

Meagan is passionate about creating peace in the world through her writing, speaking, and interactions with others. Join her on a journey on sharing how vulnerable storytelling can change community and family narratives. To find out more about Meagan O'Nan, head over to her website https://www.meaganonan.com/
