  • angry that you have to be the one to fix all mistakes that other people made
  • trying to negotiate a quicker, less painful way to go through cocoon season
  • being so depressed about all that has transpired that you’re not motivated to even do what’s required to change
  • to finally, accepting that this is your reality and the only person that can save you is you

It’s after acceptance true change can occur.
