Are you struggling on Monday Mornings? Are you one of those people who drag into the office, pray that the coffee pot is already brewing and are already counting down until Friday? Could it be your job? Maybe, but what if it’s not? What if the WAY you’re starting your Monday is ruining your chances for a good one? Join us for today’s episode to see what you can do about it!

Let’s Get to It!

1. Tip #1: Ease into Your Day: Be sure to start your day with some “me time,” whatever that means to you. It could be sipping a cup of coffee while you enjoy journaling or watching a favorite show – the goal is to feel like you aren’t rushed and are starting your day off on the right foot.

2. Tip #2: Create a Grab/Go Routine: Create a drop-zone so that everything you need is ready to go, and do as much as you can the day before so that you’re freed up in the morning for things that really fuel you.

3. Plan your Week in an Empowering Way: Plan for the week ahead and be sure to do so in a way that allows buffers of time so you don’t feel rushed, while still giving you time for your passions and hobbies.

4. What to Do on Sunday: Begin by organizing your essentials for Monday morning the night before. Lay out your outfit, prepare your lunch, and ensure your workbag is packed.

5. Set a Non-Negotiable Wake-Up Time: Consistency is key. Choose a wake-up time and stick to it every Monday. This regularity helps regulate your body's internal clock, reducing feelings of fatigue.

6. Monday = Fun Day: Engage in a simple pleasure that makes you look forward to Mondays. This could be a special breakfast, a particular type of coffee, listening to your favorite podcast, or a short morning walk.

7. Joyful Movement/Meditation: 2 minutes -10 minutes of physical or mental exercise can dramatically improve your mood and energy levels.
