The fourth-graders chatted happily as they filed into the classroom, buzzing with excitement. Mid-morning sunlight filled the room, making the colorful posters and artwork lining the walls look even brighter. The students all found comfy spots at their desks, which were arranged in a big horseshoe shape. This way, everyone could see each other and their friends, which made it easy to share ideas and work together.
Miss Cho stood at the opening of the horseshoe and greeted the class with a warm smile. “Good morning, everyone! Today, we’re going on an adventure in the land of language!” she said.
Today’s Meditation: Feel calm and relaxed as you imagine a baby elephant and its mama.
