This is embarrassing and I almost didn't post this because I "sound annoying" and "look so gross" but I kinda think feeling that means I need to post it...
Plus it feels like having more love in my life/healing more will take care of this shift that will make me stop thinking I sound annoying/actually sounding annoying (and will make me have fun and maybe even be funny sometimes again like I used to feel like I could be) so am working toward that too.
In this episode of the Spiritual Crypto podcast I talk about some recent revelations that eating disorder recovery has given me re: all these ways I've internalized scarcity, though I didn't realize it.
