Tracy Slepcevic is an author, Certified Integrative Health Coach, keynote speaker, U.S. Air Force Veteran, and Pur Health, LLC founder, an integrative health and wellness business based out of San Diego that educates individuals on the incredible effects that nutrition and lifestyle choices have on your happiness and ability to lead the life you deserve to live. She is educated in the field of Complementary and Alternative Medicine and has dedicated over 14 years to researching various treatments and therapies for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a child, she was raised eating packaged and processed foods daily. She grew up snacking, eating fast food, and drinking soda without understanding a healthy, whole-food diet. When she was in her twenties, she increased her awareness of her eating habits and the impact that had on her body. She was inspired to study essential nutrition, changed her eating habits, and became a personal trainer. It wasn’t until her son was diagnosed with autism over 12 years ago that she became more educated on nutrition and how it affects the body and brain. She was journeying to heal her son using integrative nutrition and a biomedical approach to medicine. Over the years, she has worked with various doctors, scientists, advocates, and researchers. She has made it her mission to educate families on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Today, Tracy runs a successful health coaching business where she assists her clients in implementing lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and wellness. She continues to support parents of children with special needs and guide them on their healing journey. Her book, Warrior Mom, is available wherever books are sold.
