You might have noticed there hasn't been a podcast for the last couple of weeks. I always take a week off to really nourish myself after teaching a masterclass and facilitating the WhatsApp community because it's such intensive work.

As soon as I arrived back in the UK I got really sick and have had Covid for the last two weeks. So that's why there's not been any podcasts.
