I am so proud of my guests in Episode 4. This is a love story if ever I have heard one.
Jo and I have been friends for as long as I can remember and she puts her life and soul into everything she does, this includes working with “a rejected working collie from Ireland” who needed patience and understanding to become her best self.
They say that dogs choose their owners. Nellie, the Border Collie cross certainly picked a good one when she picked Jo. We’re talking steamed carrots (no, nope boiled or raw), Pawsecco (believe it!) and Slipper & Biscuit treats (also hugely inappropriately called “Postman & Roast” flavour, all from a brand called W’ZIS).
This episode is a story of perseverance and grit. An emotional rollercoaster - the journey of two beings who were working through things and came out glorious on the other side. So excited to share this episode with you, it filled my heart and my tear ducts when I played this back. Enjoy.
