Week two of the marathon block done and things are heating up.
This week we get a bit real and talk about our respective mindset challenges in the early stages of training for a race. We then rate our training, recovery and fuelling for the week out of 10 and unpack why. We finish by awarding our cheeky team member of the week to someone who gave advice on the cheeky strava thread that stuck with both of us πŸ™
