Jon Plant, Director of Moorland pottery and graduate from the Polytechnic days, shares his journey from studying ceramics to establishing his own business. He discusses the impact of the Degree Show on instilling confidence in himself and our students, and how the experienced prepared him for the next step.

Jon reflects on celebrating 20 years of ‘Stokie ware’, proudly promoting his hometown of Stoke and its rich history and heritage, and the importance of fostering innovation for the future.
