Teddy opens up about his journey as a college basketball player dealing with serious injuries, which pushed him to redefine who he was beyond just an athlete. The conversation dives into the pressures athletes face, the importance of being vulnerable, and how Men’s X Mental is breaking the stigma around men’s mental health.
