Welcome back to the Never Too Late Podcast everyone! I wanted to jump on and do a solo episode today to celebrate 50 episodes on the podcast and thank you all for your support. I wanted to do a bit of a recap of things I have learnt from the episodes and implemented in my life during this period. I really enjoyed doing this episode and would love to hear any feedback that you may have.

1. Having an holistic approach to health
2. The importance of cultivating a personalised wellness toolkit
3. How to thrive not just survive

- Enjoyment is a state of mind
- Our state of mind is something we have a choice over
