The Trick-or-Treat Marketing Paradox

As a kid the only thing better than candy is more candy, free candy, unlimited candy. And every year around this time we recognize the annual celebration of Halloween which is marked by the tradition of “Trick-or-Treating” whereby millions of children will anxiously go door-to-door politely begging for sweets and treats of all kinds. How is it then that these same young children who have been predisposed to knocking on doors in exchange for candy will inevitably one day grow up to become blatantly unwilling to knock on doors in an effort to grow their real estate business? Join me for this episode of the “HOW TO SELL MORE HOUSES” Podcast and you’ll learn how you can find more business by overcoming the “Trick-or-Treat” Marketing Paradox…..Enjoy the Episode and Happy Learning, Scot

  • Why Most Agents Have an Inherent FEAR of Knocking on Doors
  • The Benefits Related to General Door Knocking
  • Tips for Making Door Knocking Efforts PAINLESS
