In episode Number 7 with speak with Ken Corsini who is a full-time real estate investor who lives in Atlanta, Ga with his wife and 3 children. Ken founded Georgia Residential Partners in 2005 and since that time has bought and sold over 500 properties. He has a Bachelors Degree in Risk Management from the University of Georgia as well as a Master’s Degree in Residential Development from Georgia Tech. While at Georgia Tech, he defended his thesis on real estate values in Metro-Atlanta and has 10 years of hands on experience buying, leasing and selling real estate.

Ken has been an expert contributor to BiggerPockets.com since 2011 and has spoken at numerous investment clubs around the country. He started the Deal Farm podcast to educate, inform and provide opportunities to aspiring real estate investors.
