On today's show we bring on three fitness experts to talk about why you should be doing a workout after work and what that will do for your quality of life. This doesn't mean you can't still have a few beers, but, it means you'll be healthier for a longer period of time and you won't feel like you want to die after an 17+ mile hike like I did they other day!
