He is truly an inspiring entrepreneur, and what is significant about him is that he is still very humble, down to earth regardless of his successes through the years.

In this episode, we talked about how he brought Les Brown to the UK, what he did to make it possible, and how successful was it.

We also get to discuss how Kalpesh deals with work-life balance. He shared that although you need to spend time with the people you love, your family, it is also important that when you have a passion that needs to be delivered to the world, you really have to do it.

He then shares that he does not believe in the old school way of thinking that in order to pursue your passion, you have to give up everything. Instead he says that BALANCE is key because life in itself is unpredictable.
