“Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it. “ That is a quote of Mark Twain’s, which I first read between the foreword and introduction of a book telling of the life experiences of the author June Alexander. The book’s title is A Girl Called Tim, with the sub-title, “Escape from an Eating Disorder Hell”. I must confess to June that I have not read the book completely, and I am not sure of why Mark Twains quote was cited. June chats with a person who has read the book, a regular to “Roads”, and The Pulse, Reid Maxwell from the Geelong Mood Support Group. THIS IS BEING RE-POSTED, BY REQUEST!
