The importance of customer service is so damn important, regardless of the size and type of business. Some business owners either forgot this, or never knew and were just lucky. Those days are over. The globe has shrunk and we have more choices than ever as consumers. Make the customer experience a great one. On a side note, I learned to out some music, and reduce the noise a little. The quality is still rough, but this is all part of the journey with delivering a quality podcast.
