Welcome to the premiere episode of Big Time Happiness, a show that was in the making before I ever even knew there would be a show. As someone who loves people and values diversity I always believed in people yet didn’t know how to believe in myself. Things have changed for me as I have healed and continue to heal from a life of depression and anxiety to one where I am now creating, sharing, living, loving, and moving forward in a positive way. I created Big Time Happiness as a platform for increasing joy for individuals, our communities, and our world. Imagine what would be possible if we created a culture of joy, respect, value, love, peace, harmony, kindness, goodness, and laughter? For our first episode Chris Krimitos, founder of Florida Podcasters Association and Podfest, talks about the joy of podcasting. Organizer Lettie Sullivan who includes spiritual practices with her clients shares best tips for our spaces. Several people join in sharing happiness ideas for a really fun segment. As the show opens I reveal what it was like going from stuck to moving forward to launch the show, and for the last segment I share an experience of profound healing that took place in 2017.
