My guest tonight on The Tami Jackson Show* is Douglas M. Ducote Sr. The founder and CEO of Veterans United For Justice, Staff Sergeant United States Army Aviation (Ret.) Douglas M. Ducote Sr., served in the Baton Rouge, La. Civil Air Patrol as both a cadet and as a Senior Member, active duty US Army, Army National Guard, and the Air National Guard. During his time in the army, Ducote held 3 different MOS Skills, CH-47 Chinook Helicopter Flight Engineer (MOS 67U), UH-1H Huey Helicopter Crew Chief (MOS 67N), and Military Police Officer (MOS 95B). During his service in the USAF Air National Guard Douglas was a MH-60G Pave Hawk Crew Chief (ASF2A5X2-006). During his service he served in Operations Golden Pheasant, Just Cause, Desert Storm, and Iraqi Freedom. Douglas was medically retired in 2004 after 18 years of service. Ducote is 100% rated by the Veterans Administration, and very well vested/educated in their correct and incorrect ways of the VA conducting business! Today his mission in life his helping veterans any way possible. Veterans United For Justice is a non-profit veterans advocacy organization, helping military veterans navigate the Veterans Affairs Administration system, providing veterans with information and guidance to both federal and state benefits, helping veterans with PTSD get connected with mental health services, bringing veterans/wounded warriors together with actors, sporting professionals, and musicians for meet-n-greets, providing veterans for speaking engagements for Veterans Day and Memorial Day events. Listen as Douglas and I talk about what REALLY happened in Charlottesville, Virginia. Ducote had phone and live phone video reports before, during and after the protests. And trust me, it is NOT what Mainstream Media (MSM) has been reporting.
