I'm not shy about the fact that Psycho Cybernetics is my all time favorite book. It's incredibly practical, common sense stuff that has the power to change lives because it's all about changing our perspectives about life in general and about ourselves in particular. In this episode, I try to unpack what Psycho Cybernetics means. I wish they had titled the book a bit better because it makes it seem like the book is really technical and hard to understand and that name does not have much appeal.
