Leaving religion, what is your story? For those who have left religion, how did that happen for you? For some, leaving their faith has made their lives easier but not for others. Some face discrimination and even threats to their lives.

The first speaker is a girl from Kuwait who left Islam. She talks about being an outcast in a Muslim country and how barbaric Islam is.

After he became an atheist, the second speaker's family locked him up for six months. He speaks about his depression and the abuse he experiences in the hands of his family. Despite all this, he has a positive message for atheists.

Third speaker is from Iran. He thanks the founder of the Atheist Republic. He feels better and less isolated. Even if the book "Why There is No God" is forbidden in his country, he was still able to access it.

Armin Navabi is the fourth speaker, thanking the third speaker for his support and reading the book.

The fifth speaker talks about atheism in India, and how the government is attempting to make the country MORE religious.

From Somalia, the sixth speaker wants to find other non-believers in her country. The last speaker is from Morocco who speaks about what it is like to be an atheist where he is from.
