He details the after-effects of the contestants on the hit tv show, "The Biggest Loser" and how most contestants went back to their regular overweight or even increased their overall weight after extreme dieting on the show. And finally, the key to a successful health program is sustainability. David offers his suggestions on where you can start with a health program - through walking.
