This week challenged my ability to be inclusive and to respect diversity. There’s no hiding the fact that I like to see things in “black and white” and that sometimes I think that promoting diversity is more about relativism. So, I was blessed to chat with Dr. Moses Davis, who is a “specialist” when it comes to diversity and inclusion!
