Sasha DiGiulian has been climbing since she was 6 years old. Since then, Sasha has become a multiple-time world champ, was the first North American woman to climb 9a/5.14d, and sent 28 first female ascents all over the world, including the North Face of the Eiger (this into is very close to plagiarized from her website, FYI). In this ep, Sasha is fantastically candid about her experiences as a climber, her use of social media, her views on positivity, body image, self-esteem, and the process of choosing a new kitten.

You can find Sasha on her website, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. You can also google her name and find a bevy of fantastic articles, blog posts, and videos of/by Sasha digiulian if you, like us, just can’t get enough!
Oh! And don’t forget to check out the fluffiest, cutest, grumpiest-faced Yogi on the planet @pixieprowl
