Too many times in life, we find ourselves blaming others for our actions. As children in trouble, we blame our siblings, pets or even parents for our problems. We like to think that we outgrow this tendency with age, yet every person still struggles not to play the blame game. In our passage in 1 Samuel 15, we’ll see Saul fail to take responsibility for his refusal to completely obey God. We pray that you’d learn from Saul’s mistakes and be willing to accept responsibility for your own life.
