We have plans, and then the change, sometimes gracefully, sometimes not so gracefully. On this particular morning, I recorded Fyr Rok on the way to school, just after our sons attempted a mutiny to keep me home from work. While I was certainly going to be late, some recent adjustments in nutrition, training and mindset helped me not only appreciate this mutiny for its underlying meaning, but also as an opportunity to reflect on the process I’ve been working through as of late.
