This week, Tim has been living the bachelor life while his wife has been away for work. Most people would think it is the perfect opportunity to be selfish and focus on all of your healthy habits, train more, eat well and get plenty of rest.

The reality is that this has not been the case. This led to this week's discussion around relying too much on other people to be healthy. Is it easier to live a healthy life when you only have to focus on yourself or is it easier when you have someone supporting you?

Robo chips in with a list of tips for Tim to overcome this to make sure next time he is on his own, he won't neglect his health!
