While the Book of Acts contains the most references to the Holy Spirit in the Bible, Acts 3 contains no mention of the Holy Spirit at all. We do not see His activity overtly expressed or His presence acknowledged. We only see here a healing through Peter and John. The healing attracts attention. Peter has an opportunity to declare they are witnesses of the Resurrection. He calls for Repentance as part of the process of Salvation.
