When you look at your business, what move could you make that would literally scare you? Something that would keep you up at night and give you panic attacks, but if you were able to pull it off, your customer would think you are a hero? In this episode, Ken talks about trying some insanity and taking some of your money, time, and intellectual property to go out of your way for your customers such as providing guarantee, doing post-marketing, elevating your products, or adjusting your product pricing.
