President Trump announced that he has selected the Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs, Robert O’Brien to be the new National Security Adviser. O’Brien will be the fourth person to hold the job in Trump’s first term. The president thinks he will be a good pick because he has been successful at getting hostages released from abroad.
