We chat about the quickest ways to get your manuscript rejected, red flags to watch out for when choosing an agent, Devra’s painstaking work steering self-published authors away from predators who want to rip them off, and the importance of admitting to yourself that you maybe DON’T have a book in you—maybe you have an article, or you just need to write for yourself—and how that’s perfectly fine.
