In this weeks episode Jay & Ben discuss the current state of the Vancouver Real Estate Market and stubborn sellers assuming its going to go sky high again! The market has changed & things are picking up.... slowly but surely, the sis a fact! HOWEVER please don't assume that now that it has begun that is is going to last any given length of time, it could last a day or a year, as usual... With this new found market activity we are seeing sellers lean further and further out on the lim regarding unrealistic listing prices again... We all know, people want the most possible for their properties and not leave any money on the table! This is what we want for you also! But all of this is within reason. Always select an agent that you trust and who is a specialist is what you are trying to SELL! This is important because you are trying to hire someone who is going to tell you exactly what the market is willing to bare for your home... and not tell you just what you want to hear.
