Hey everybody. This is Richard Chancy. I am with Pastor Jerry Lawson today, and today we're going to try a couple of things that are a little bit different today. Number one that we're doing different is we're actually recording this video as well so that we can share it with you on our Facebook page. We thought we were going live to Facebook page, but all of the technology was not cooperative today. So we're going to be putting the video together and we'll make that available for you when we're done. The Q&A still works just like always. If you want to get in the queue, it should have prompted you, but you just hit star six to get into the queue and it'll let you know when it's your turn. And then Jerry is going to start off today, pastors, by talking today about something I think is super important for pastors. We say this all the time here on the podcast, that vision is the paycheck for volunteer ministries. It's really the paycheck in non-volunteer organizations as well, but it's so important that you are finding ways to empower your team. So I've asked Jerry to kind of jump in right off the bat and talk about five ways to empower your teams. So Jerry, thanks for being with us today and jump in and take it away when you're ready. Yeah, let's do this, and a big thanks to all the pastors and staff members and folks that are onboard right now listening to us. We want to add value to your life, and so let me start out with this little talk about ways to empower your teams. First of all, nothing meaningful or transformational ever happened without a team. You have to have a team. You can't do it by yourself. Over the door in the conference room at at the Day Star Church office is the old African proverb that says, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." And so you have to have teams. You have to have people that you can rely on. If you're that leader that goes, "Well, you know I just can't trust in anybody else. I'll just do it myself," you're not going to go very far. You're going to there fast. You can do it faster. You don't have to communicate, you don't have to slow down and you know people more, but you won't go very far. So you have to build teams and I'm going to give you five things that you can do to empower your teams. If you want to take notes, you can write these down. Here's the first one, cast a clear and compelling vision. That's where it all starts. We have to know where we're going. We have to know what a touchdown looks like. How do we know we scored? How do we know we did what we set out to do? And vision is the answer to that. You all know the Habakkuk, you know, make the vision plain. Put it on a billboard so that all who see it may run to it. Well that's what I want my team to do. I want them to run to it, right? Well how do I get them to run to it, I've got to make it plain. I've got to make it very clear. And the other part about vision is it might even be, it might not even be what everybody else wants to see done, but because you're so excited and you're energized around it, they'll feed off of your energy. So make the vision very clear and compelling to Empower Your Teams. It's compelling when you believe in it, when your heart's in it, it's clear when it has details, like not just, we're going to save the world for Jesus. That's not a compelling, a clear and compelling vision. Kind of compelling. That's great idea. It's not clear. So it's got to be clear and compelling. So that's number one. Number two, clear the path and lead the way. Number two, clear the path and lead the way to Empower Your Teams. So you've got this vision, you got me something on the billboard that I can run to. Now there's stuff in the way. I mean literally there's financial problems. There's details that I don't understand. There's stuff in the way. As a leader, I've got to clear the path, I've got to get all this stuff out of the way, and then I've got to lead the way. I've got to show my team what it looks like to do this thing. You know, pastors, sometimes we can get euphoric ideas and berries. But what does it look like when it actually happens? Well, the answer to that is me, look at me, look at what I'm doing. There's your answer. And so I'm going to clear the path and I'm going to, I'm going to walk it out in front of them. Clear the way and lead the way. Hey, hey Jerry. Here's something I'm trying to remind my staff of all the time, Jerry. Hey, we're going back up and punt because this is not, it's not coming through clear. I'm going to send you the host code pastors, if you'll hang on with us for two seconds. I'm already on the other call, so I'm going to, I'm sending you the dial in number now. And again, this is what we tried. We tested this quite a bit, but it's not working. So I just sent you the host code. Just go over there and call in pastors, give us two seconds and we'll be on the other call. Hey Jessica, will you just let me know if you can still hear me? I can hear you. Okay, perfect. Hey pastors, so sorry about that. We're trying something new, Jessica, and I've been testing it all morning long, but you know how internet connections are. The good news is we had a backup plan, and I think it took less than a minute to execute. Jerry, are you there? I am here. I am trying to make my earbuds work. They decided to act weird all of a sudden, but I'm on board. We'll get it figured out. Yeah, we got you. So sorry about that and if you just want to jump back in and keep going, I think we'll be fine. Okay, let's see. All right, can you hear me okay, Richard? Yeah, I got you perfectly. Yeah, it was okay, so I'll just recast a little bit. First of all, I said you have to pass a clear and compelling vision. You have to make the vision plain, you have to put it... The scripture says, put it on a billboard so that all who see it can run to it. And so if people are motivated, if people are excited, if people believe in what you're doing, then you're going to have people, buying into what you're doing. And so, we want to make the vision very plain to Empower Your Teams. It's going to be motivational people going to be excited about it. The second thing that pastors do to empower your teams is we clear the path and lead the way. So I've put a big vision up there and I've said this is where we're running, but there are things in the way. You've got to figure out what stands in the way and move it. I don't know what that is for you. It could be a financial issue, pastors, it could be a financial issue. It could be a clarity issue, some detail. You've got to move that. A lot of people will capture your vision and believe in your passion. But then there's some questions. Sometimes it's a very small question that hasn't been answered yet, and they'll just stand there and do nothing. Here's what I've learned about people. If people don't know what to do, they do nothing. It's one of the most frustrating things for me as a leader is when people just do nothing but, and what usually when I get to the issue, it's something very small, so I've got to find out what it is that stands in the way and move it. That's the clear the path part. And then lead the way. I've got to show them what this looks like because leading people is like moving a rope. Think about it, pastors. If you want to move a rope, you can't stand behind it and push it. It won't go anywhere. You've got to get in front of it and hold onto it and it'll follow you wherever you go. So if people are unsure what the vision looks like when it's lived out, well you walk it out, you show them, this is what it looks like. This is what it looks like. You want people to invite their friends. You've got to show them what that looks like. Get on Facebook and invite people. In your sermons, talk about the people you've been inviting to church. You've got to lead the way. So number one, cast a clear and compelling vision. Number two, clear the path and lead the way. Number three, way to empower your teams speak positively and powerfully over them. You've got to speak words of life into your team. You know, the scripture says, as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. And I think you'd probably be surprised, pastor, to know how intimidated a lot of your members are around you. How people feel like you're eons be beyond them spiritually, and you don't feel that way. We don't feel like we're better than them but, deep down they feel like you're more spiritual, you're closer to God. And what they need to know, if you want them to perform, to take risks, to step up and carry the ball for you, they've got to believe in themselves. And so you need to lead them. You know, I heard Chris Hodges say recently, I didn't prepare to say this. I hope I get the quote right, but I think it was something like people usually become what the most important people in their life think they are. People become what the most important people in their life think they are. So pastor, you're important in that leader's life. And if they think you believe in them, they think that you, you think they have leadership abilities, that they have gifts and talents that God's going to use them. What I'm talking about is prophesying over them. Speaking, the Bible says life and death are in the power of the tongue. You get to speak life into your team members and that empowers them. Number four, put team members in the right seats on the bus to Empower Your Teams. You will never empower your teams if they're doing the wrong thing. And that really is the crux at 24toDouble. That's why we do the gifts and passions profile. We want to know what you're passionate about, want to help you understand what your gifts are, and we put you in the right seat. Now early on in 24toDouble. I talk a lot about getting the willing, the coalition of the willing, that's just people willing to do whatever we need them to do. But if you stay there all the time and you don't ever transition into people being not generalist, but specialist like this is the one thing I'm best at, that's where I want you serving. Then eventually your teams are not going to be everything that they could be. So we want to put team members in the right seats on the bus and let me recap one through four and I'll give you a number five. Cast clear and compelling vision, number one. Clear the path and lead the way, number two. Speak positively and powerfully over them is number three and number four is put team members on the right seats on the bus. And lastly, number five, mentor with intentionality. Look at your team members and don't be satisfied with where they are, but believe in them. Believe in your heart that they can be more and then you intentionally mentor them. These are talks over coffee once or twice a month or weekly if you can afford it with your time. At Daystar, we mentor all of our teams through eight and they all begin with F, eight areas of life so that we can really have a well rounded mentorship. And I'm going to read these off to you. Faith, family freedom. Now you might, faith and family are very clear, but what does freedom mean? We ask very intently what is the area of your life that's most likely to put you into bondage is do you have an anger issue and, or do you have a money issue, or do you have a porn issue? We talk to them about are you walking in freedom? So faith, family, freedom, fun. Are you having fun? You spending time outside of work, fitness. Cause if you're not healthy, if you don't feel good about yourself, you're not going to perform. That's going to have a toll on you emotionally and spiritually. Next is friends. Do you have friends that builds you up, you have people that you're hanging out with that are drawing the best out of you. Next is flame your flame. Your spouse. How's your relationship with your spouse? That's a little different than just your family because you may have kids. And then lastly, focus. What is your focus area of ministry? What's the thing you're called to do? Let's talk about that area. Now, most mentoring only talks about that area. The focus, the area of my ministry is the only thing we talk about. We want to make it clear to our team members that all of this matters to us. We care about your family, your walk with God, your faith. We care about you being in shape, all that we care about rest and having fun so that's all a part of what mentoring looks like. And when you do that, you tell particularly young leaders, you tell them that, that you really care about them and they matter to you. So those are the five ways to empower your teams. And I hope that was helpful for you today. And I look forward to your response and your questions. Yeah, that was great, Jerry. Thanks for doing that and getting ready for that. We've got a few people in the queue, so I think if you're ready we'll dive in and start to answering some 24toDouble questions. Yeah, let's do it. Okay. And again, everybody, this is also a new platform that we're using. I know you called the same number, but they've updated the user interface and this is my first time running it. Jessica's kind of trained me up. So here we go. I think this is maybe Kelly Hardcastle. Yeah. Hello gentlemen, how are you doing today? Hey Kelly. Good. How about yourself? Doing good. It's raining here in the St. Louis area, so just trying to stay dry today. We've been doing the 24toDouble for about six months, so we've gone through five modules, and we're going to be doing our sixth module here in a couple of weeks. And my question is with the teams that we're building, what are your suggestions and how do you do it at your church as far as after action steps? That is after you build your team, do you have monthly meetings, you have quarterly meetings, how do you bring your team together and then begin to have them work on different issues or have them come up with different ideas of how we can better do things at the church? Okay. Yeah. Well Kelly, so what I would say to that is most of the time, guys that are planners and people that really like to put, put the plan in place tend to overlook the value, and this may not be you, but it is one of my weaknesses. They tend to overlook the value of just just fellowship, just fun gatherings where you know, we don't have any agenda. I would say when you're building and this is all new, that I would try to have at least once a month some kind of a just gather and have a good time and then there might be some organic discussion and how we can do things better. That would be one of the things that I would do and then I may, I might need again once a month to talk about, and maybe you could squeeze it into one event but meet again to talk about the training that we went over. You know, I believe Richard can clarify this, but I think we have all of those modules available on podcast for you to listen to. You can put it on 1.5 or 2.0 speed. So if you're in the gym or you're driving your car, you can just kind of sort of get more clear on it as you listen to it again. And so then you would sort of reteach it. So people are hearing it for the first time when they hear me talk about it. So you might sort of reteach it and get it back in their spirits and make sure everybody's on board. I think another great thing to be doing with team members is that spiritual gifts training that we offer that is available on PDFs that you can just throw right into keynote or PowerPoint. Those are all some, some things that I like to do with our teams. Okay. Yeah, no, that sounds good. That's some good ideas. I appreciate it. Yeah. And just to clarify to Jerry, just to clarify, the audios are available in each module. They're not on the podcast. It's all inside of the 24toDouble platform. Okay. So you'd be listening to it off of the website. Right. Okay. Yeah, no, that sounds good. I appreciate it brothers. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thanks Kelly. Kelly, Kelly, I was going to mention to you also if you're familiar with twin rivers worship center. Oh, that's another great 24toDouble graduate. I don't know if you've met the pastor there, Joe Dobbins. No, I haven't. Yeah, he'd be a good guy to connect with. Joe's done 24toDouble. He's taught it for some, and he really understands the system well. Oh, very good. Yeah, I'll reach out to him then. Thank you so much, Pastor Jerry. I appreciate it. All right, let's see. Okay. Give us your name and your church name and fire away. Yeah. My name is Sam and my church is Cornerstone Community Church, here in Lynchburg, Virginia. And I got about two questions. Can you all hear me good, good. Yeah, we got you. Okay. I'm the guy who who, I'm not really senior pastor. I'm taking the senior pastor place. I'm the one whose pastor has been fighting cancer for 15 years, so I just solicit your prayer for Pastor Taylor. That's his name. Two questions I got is, number one on 24 Double. It's been said many times that it is a whole church discipleship model. We just now get ready to do module three just to help me in my understanding, I understand discipleship one-on-one, maybe a few groups, but how is 24 Double a whole church model? Yeah, that's a great question, Sam. That is a great question. So when you look at Jesus as model of discipleship, this is really the whole thing. All of 24toDouble is based on Jesus as leadership. There's one of the teachings where we talk about all seven teams and how all, how the way we teach, you to do first impressions, worship, followup. Everything that we teach you is based on the model of Jesus. And even our definition of discipleship is based on the model of Jesus, that being Jesus had the original 12 disciples and he did not put them in a classroom somewhere where you, you know, think about this like discipleship. The way we've defined it in the American church never ends. It's like you never, you just go in a classroom, it's like going to college for the next 50 years and you never go get a job. You know? So we put them in a classroom and we call that discipleship, but we never demand that you graduate from this class and you go do something. And so when you look at Jesus as discipleship model, what he did was he said, "Come and follow me". And then he, you know, he would do the ministry. That's step one. Jesus did the ministry and they watched. Step two, Jesus did the ministry with them. Step three, they did the ministry and Jesus watched and step four they did the ministry without Jesus. And we believe that's the way discipleship should go. It should be more than just, I mean there's some classwork, of course there's some learning, but really it should emphasize every person getting involved in ministry. So when we say it's a whole church discipleship model, what we're saying is every ministry team in the church, we're teaching you how to do it Jesus style, every ministry team, we're challenging every person to get on an on ramp quickly through pastor's breakfast, through the gifts and passions inventory that find out your gifts and get involved in ministry. So that's not a real short answer, but that's the answer to why we call it a whole church discipleship model Sam. Yeah, that clears up some things for me. I appreciate that. Great. The second question is on a gifted test, when people found out that gift, how do that play out? Let's say for instance, you got a worship team, you got a admin person, you got a prayer person, these people can't sing. So how do theses seven gifts play out? As far as the worship team, I don't quite understand what the admin person gone do? Okay, so if you're on the worship team and you're in admin, so you're going to be the person that makes sure that the worship team does what they say they're going to do. Now this sounds simple for administratively gifted people, but a lot of creative [inaudible 00:21:07], worship singers, people like that, they're very terrible at details. They're terrible at starting on time, ending on time, you know, doing the number of songs that they're supposed to do, making sure that they're ready for the big event that's coming up, making sure they coordinate monthly meetings, making sure they have monthly or quarterly fellowship activities to Empower Your Teams. Just so there's some details to administrate and that's what the administrator for worship is going to do. He's going to be in charge of details or she, and as far as the prophetic or the prayer leader, that's just an intercessor. That's a prayer warrior. That's the person who might come together when they come together, might lead the prayer time. Might take it on themselves to personally pray over every member. Our worship team, I don't know if you guys have noticed this, but the worship team tends to often be the target of Satan's attacks. We've just had a worship team member try to take her own life last month. It was just terrible. And thankfully we have an intercessor who felt that in her spirit and she reached out and called her and their nursing her back to health. And just knowing somebody's been praying for her has given that that lady a new hope. And so that's sometimes a person who can't sing can still serve in worship in one of those areas. Okay. Yeah, that helps a lot. Like I said, we on module three so eventually we'll get there, but that helped me in my understanding as well too. Thank you so much, God. Hey Sam. Before you go, let me ask you a question. How do you tell them that they can't sing? Oh, well it's not me. Is the worship leader. They will come to me and say, "We don't think this person can sing. And you know, they try him out in a rehearsal and stuff like that". I hear you because my experience has been most people that can't sing don't know that they can't sing. Well, I think this is somewhat the cases that we're running into. Yeah, that's another question and a harder answer actually without a doubt. Thanks Sam. All right. Give us your first name and your church name and, and ask your question. I think this is Sow Ministries, but I could be wrong and if you, if you hear me, but we don't hear you and we don't, you may have your phone muted. Oh yes, sorry about that. I was on mute. All right. My name is David Digles. I'm a pastor in Lancaster, Texas. And that is So Ministries. So just had one question actually. And that question is, I know I've heard you make as far as a phrase a statement with is cruise ship not a speedboat. And so that seems to stand out. My question is how do you or when do you actually, I don't want to use the word kill something, but when do you stop doing something while you actually trying to start something new I guess? For instance, we had an event already in place that is this summer, that's next summer that's coming, that's already from the prior schedule. So now we are starting the new modules and all of that. And how do we actually undo that or do we just let that go ahead and end or take place? That's a great question Pastor David. That lets me know you're thinking right. You've figured it out. You understand what I'm saying. And I appreciate that. So the problem if I'm hearing right is we've got these other things going on and what we want to do something new, more purposeful and how do I know how and when to pull the plug on the thing that may or may not be as successful and purposeful. And the word that I would say is see the old thing will cannibalize the new thing if you're not careful, you're trying to do something new and effective and it's draining because you're spending resources to Empower Your Teams, whether it's money or people resources or stage time to do something old that's ineffective. And I would say the answer to that like when do you go ahead and pull the plug is, it's kind of like somebody told, I heard this the other day, it's an old adage, but it says a bulldog can beat a skunk any day of the week, but it's just not worth the stink to do it, you know? So you have to ask yourself like, how much of a stink does it create for me to shut down something that is not effective. And you know, sometimes you can let something just die of natural causes. Just it's not a big deal. It's not infringing on our opportunity to do something newer and better. But then sometimes you'd have to make a big call. I'll give you an example. We used to have a very big and successful Easter program at Daystar, we just had started the church. I was one of the first things we did. It was very effective. But as I got to looking at it, I noticed that we had so many people that would come to that from other churches cause we couldn't get everybody in on Sunday. We would have one show on Friday, one Saturday, three on Sunday or Sunday night. We'd get people from different churches. And I just realized, I didn't like that model. I felt like when I get visitors to come on Sunday, I want to show them who we really are. I want to make sure that if they fall in love with Daystar, when they come back next week, they see what they fell in love with. Not a once a year thing on Easter. So anyways, I can talk more and more about that. But the point being that I had to cancel something that was very successful and it takes strong leadership, it takes vision to Empower Your Teams, you got to, you got to really cast that clear and compelling vision of why this next thing is important. And it's souls and it's reaching people for God's kingdom and then sometimes the old thing can just kind of keep going as it just dies of natural causes. Okay. Thanks. I appreciate that actually. Thank you. Thank you, Pastor David. That was a good question too. We're on a roll here. Okay. Let's go to the next one here. Hello, my name is Antonio in Bakersfield, California. I'm a pastor out here. How are you doing? What's happening, Antonio? Alrighty. I have a question. We're about to go into mo-, I actually emailed it, but I was told I would just do it on the Q&A, but is we're about to do, we're about to module 13 so we made it through a year or so and it's [crosstalk 00:28:17] and our church building holds about a thousand. But our attendance, our average attendance is about 300 and so should we wait before, the team is going to hear the module 13 on Saturday, but I'm just kind of trying to get in front of it. Should we wait before adding another Sunday service because there's a concern, I'm sure that we'd hold a thousand but we at 300 right now and if we do another service, some out of that 300 would go to a different service, and then we end up having even less. And what does that look like and feel like and all of that stuff. And so an alternative thought was would it be better to do to take our midweek service, which meets actually in our fellowship hall and see about maybe doing a turning that into a worship service doing it as a second service. So just wanting to get your advice on that. Now were you thinking of a second service because you want to reach people that can't come at the same time or what was the idea behind the second service? Because it sounds like you've got plenty of space. Yeah, we know it. We were just, we're getting ready to go on this module 13 and I was just making sure that I followed the program. So we haven't really had a discussion of a need for it in any capacity yet to be honest with you. We don't have a space problem. We certainly like to fill all the pews up. So we definitely don't have a space issue at all. I know some other churches that, I've got a friend that's in a similar situation. They have a 1600 seat auditorium. They run about 500, and what I've encouraged him to do, and he has a blocked off a lot of it, but I've encouraged him to think about remodeling the building altogether and just make it a more intimate space because more and more people are leaning into smaller spaces. At Daystar, we're adding two new auditoriums at two of our campuses. We're in a program to do that right now, and we're not going to build any of them more than 550 seats. And it's not because like, like we're actually running 550 at one location right now and we're adding a auditorium that only seats 550 because in our research people don't like it big like that. They're really running away from the mega church model. And so we want multiple campuses that feel like a small church of 500 you know, I know that's a large church in a lot of contexts, but no more than that because people don't like it that big. And so like what they've done at this church in Tennessee called New Hope is repurposed some of that space remodeled and recaptured that space for something else, and it just adds more energy and alive to the room when you're sitting closer together and it feels like it's full, it just feels better. Okay. Okay. Thank you for that. I'll definitely bring that to the team. The other question I have, had to do with pastors breakfast. We've been doing it on Sundays at 9:00 AM, which is the same time as our Sunday school and we haven't had great response on folks coming back, but I will say that those that do come to it and have ended up joining, so it does work when they come. But yeah, getting folks to come back has been a task. We do have a volunteer that calls them right away I think on Monday or Tuesday at the latest after that Sundays. And then they get a letter from the church as well, inviting them to come. So any suggestions on that? Yeah, there's a couple things I would say. I like to make the personal call, the phone call or text towards the end of the week. So like a Friday so that people are reminded, like right before it goes down. Okay. I like to do that. I like to use somebody a little more official, maybe a pastor's wife or somebody like that. It's not a deal breaker, but that's just something to think about. And here's something now, by the way, Antonio, this is all called the growth track to Empower Your Teams. You know, like there's a lot of different ways to on-ramp people into the ministry. 24toDouble uses the pastors breakfast with a lot of, a lot of churches have their own version of this and there's a nationwide kind of study going on where they're having a hard time getting people to come to the on-ramp. I was at a church last week, a church that averages 50,000 in America. Okay. And they have this same problem. They're struggling with getting people to come back to their growth track. So one thing I would consider is maybe move it to lunch. We've always said breakfast is better, and I know I'm on record saying breakfast is better, but if you do lunch then you can get people to come immediately. I just come back and just stay for lunch today. And because people don't, as much as we wish people would make a decision on Wednesday of what they're going to do at 9:00 on Sunday, they just don't do that. They get up that morning and then they make a decision. But if you catch them in the auditorium and say, Hey, lunch is waiting on you. Childcare's provided, just come go next door and let's do that. That's a good idea. And I want to give you one more idea to Empower Your Teams. Antonio, there's a 24toDouble church and Mobile has great success. They call it the pastors barbecue and once a month they have all the people over at the pastor's house. Now, we do this, at our [inaudible 00:34:26] campus and the pastor's house isn't big enough. So we have a another member that's got a bigger house and they just had like a newcomer's reception, and that works better for certain people. You know, different people are motivated by different things. But out of that, all that is is connection and meet and greet and, and then the pastor gets up and just kind of shares his vision and tells his story. And then, the only goal is connection and to push them to go to pastors breakfast. That's the only goal. We're not going to do the spiritual gift test. I'm going to do the whole thing there, but we're just going to meet you. We're going to tell the pastor story and then invite you to go to the pastors breakfast. Got it. Okay. That's great. So those are about five ideas to Empower Your Teams. Yeah. Thank you for that. So just to make sure I'm clear on the new service ad based on where we are now, look at remodeling are shrinking the space that we have instead of starting a new service, I'm just asking to make sure because we're going to watch and you know, so, okay, good. All right. The only way I would add another service when you've got that much space is if there's a certain kind of, there's a certain audience that you could capture maybe a Saturday service, a Sunday night service. If you've got a big military base and everybody's got duty on Sunday morning, you know, some unusual thing like that that would cause you to do another service. Okay. Alrighty. Thank you. Hey, thank you pastor. Hey, that's all we have in the queue for today. Jerry, do you have anything else that you want to kind of, any other shots across the bow that you want to talk to these guys, men and women about before we let them go? No, I would just say there, I like every time I get to talk to pastors, I want to remind them of how important it is, what you're doing. I feel like I want to be a recruiter for you to stay in the game. A lot of pastors are quitting, a lot of pastors are giving up. It's very, very hard today. It's harder than it's ever been and I just want to remind you that you did hear from God, he did call you. You are equipped, you are able and we need you, the Capitol, the Capital C church, the big church. I don't mean 24toDouble. I don't even mean your church. I mean, God's church needs you. And so keep doing what you're doing. Keep sharpening your blade, learning more, trying your best and get some rest. You know, take a Sunday off. Find a friend who'll preach for you or something. Take a Sunday off, you'll get rejuvenated. You'll come back far better because you took a Sunday off. So that's always my parting shot. Anytime I get to talk to pastors. Super. Hey pastors, thanks so much for being with us today to Empower Your Teams. Again, sorry for the technical snafu. We'll get that figured out at some point or we won't and we'll just keep doing it the way we've been doing it though. So thanks for being with us, Jerry, thanks for being with us today and we will catch all of you on the live Q&A on our regularly scheduled Thursday next month. So until then, we'll be praying for you. Thanks so much for being with us. Bye. Bye. [silence 00:37:34]
