People, Process, and Systems are her main three. Meet Charissa Jones, Sales Professional, and Advocate for Women in Sales and a mother of two beautiful kids. Charissa didn't start off in sales, she actually started in Financial Services at Regions Bank. Worked her way up the ranks as in terms of Business Development to Director level at TrindGroup. She then worked her way up into Director of Sales over at Chispa House and is now making moves to the next gig.

Some of our favorite lines from her are as followed:
