This podcast features conversations with some of today’s most exciting thought leaders and game changers who are helping to reveal the cultural norms that are impacting our biology and messing with our vital energy. What’s a cultural norm? There are hundreds of these. I think we can agree, there something is wrong with this picture and these cultural norms rob us of our vitality and leave us addicted to actions that give quick hits of energy and then a crash. You know it if you like your alcohol, drugs, shopping, social media and sugar. These are what many of our friends, co-workers and neighbours, our children reach for to feel better, but yet leave them feeling mentally and physically exhausted.
