Our guest today is ESPN commentator and former basketball star - Jay Bilas. Jay won a National Championship when he played for Duke back in the 80s, and today he's one of the most outspoken critics of the NCAA - because they do not pay college athletes - while coaches make millions, and the industry makes billions.

This is the second time Jay's been on the show. Today, he and Ric talk a little bit about life, and a LOT about basketball. Be sure to also check out his earlier episode, from April 2019, to hear Jay's unique approach to parenting and the best advice he ever got from Coach K.

This is 3 Things, with Jay Bilas.
