原來以前的我對自己沒有自制力這件事情
感到有罪惡感是錯誤的，只是方法上的謬誤。
在充滿誘惑的環境裡使用太多的自制力，
身心很容易就疲憊不堪，自然無法持之以恆。
所以這一章主要是在提醒我們，
所謂的自制力是一種短期的策略不適用於長期。
若你需要長達一年的時間來唸書準備證照，
你就必須要創造一個常常會看到你的目標的環境，
並遠離充滿誘惑的環境，會比抗拒誘惑來得簡單。
