Stress er som en kniv. Det hele afhænger af, hvordan vi bruger den. Og til hvad. En kniv er utrolig nyttig, når vi skal lave mad. Og endnu mere nyttig og gavnlig, hvis vi skal opereres. Til gengæld er en kniv en stor fjende, når den bliver brugt i nattelivet. Stress er i bund og grund naturligt. For eksempel bliver vi stressede og nervøse, når vi går op ad kirkegulvet med vores udkårne. Eller vi bliver en smule stressede af at spille et spil med familien. Men det er naturlig stress. Det, mange of os oplever i hverdagen, er derimod fjendtlig stress. Forventninger. Tidspres. Pseudoarbejde. Præstationspres. Usikkerhed. Ubalance – og så videre. Den slags stress er usund. Og vi er ikke bygget til den. Vi ved det godt, men det er virkelig svært at ændre på. Her i podcasten kommer nogle nye og anderledes vinkler på stress. Jeg håber, at du kan bruge dem.
